System of record
Reconciliation inside Autotask and ConnectWise makes switching impractical, which is the core of our retention.
A capital-efficient platform with high net revenue retention and a system-of-record moat in the MSP stack.

SEPA works in 41 countries. We add PSA integration and language per market; the infrastructure is already there.
From invoicing to forecasting and financing: payments anchor deeper and revenue compounds.
I run IT services businesses in the Netherlands, and I know the invoicing problem of a managed service provider from the inside. Contracts and tickets live in the PSA, invoices in the accounting package, and the payment somewhere else. Every month someone spends days keeping the three in line and chasing invoices that are already overdue.
I have built the connections between Autotask and accounting software myself. They work, but they are yours to maintain, and every MSP I talk to has the same problem with a different combination of tools. Saldoflow is the version I wished existed: invoicing and direct debit that run where MSPs already work, with reconciliation staying in their own stack.
We are early. The platform is being built and tested with the first users, and we launch in the Benelux first, then the United Kingdom in 2027 and Germany in 2028. The figures on this page are targets, not results, and I will always tell you which is which.
Building a payments platform across Europe takes more than one founder. I am looking for investors who understand MSPs or payments, who are comfortable with an early-stage company, and who want to help us do the hard parts properly: compliance, integrations and each country’s local rules.
If that sounds like you, write to me. I will share the product, the numbers as they are today and the risks.
Richard, founder of Saldoflow
